IS FLOWERS AVAILABLE IN STORE?

Flowers products are currently only available through our website www.flowersla.co.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We strive for same-day processing on most orders, but please allow up to 3 business days for shipping confirmation, especially during busy periods.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
You can return unworn items in new condition for a refund within 30 days of their original ship date, or store credit if returned after 30 days.. Please reach out to hello@flowersla.co to initiate the returns process. Flowers reserves the right to refuse returns if the items are found to be in worn condition or otherwise unacceptable.

DOES FLOWERS PROVIDE RETURN LABELS?
Flowers does not provide return labels. You may use any major carrier, but the cost of return shipping is not included.


I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER, BUT THE SHIPMENT HASN'T MOVED.
Tracking numbers are immediately generated when your shipping label is created. Please allow 1-3 business days from this date for tracking updates.

MY TRACKING NUMBER STATES THAT MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING YET.
Please allow 24-48 hours after the stated delivery time, since sometimes packages are scanned early or accidentally delivered to a neighbor. If you package has still not been located after the above time period, feel free to contact us.

DOES FLOWERS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not ship internationally at this time.

HOW CAN I PLACE A WHOLESALE ORDER?
Flowers does not currently accept wholesale orders.
